The Prairie Experience H20 ’22 is THE event in Mills County. All of the proceeds go to support each of the activities, classes, and events held at Legacy Plaza’s Texas Botanical Gardens, Pavilion, Welcome Center, and Outdoor Classroom.
We are so proud of Texas Botanical Gardens and the Pavilion, and are looking forward to expanding our Outdoor Classroom!
We are pleased to report that, in the last 12 months, nearly 50 volunteers have contributed over 1,500 volunteer hours to reach over 2,500 men, women, and children with the message of conservation.
We have hosted and sponsored events in collaboration with the Jennie Trent Dew Library, the Mills County Historical Museum, Texas Parks and Wildlife, USDA, Boy Scouts of America, and several active local wildlife conservancy groups.
The pavilion, itself, is currently scheduled as far ahead as March 2023, proving our impact on our community and those surrounding us.
By participating in the Prairie Experience H20 ’22, you are contributing to these efforts and even more to come.
