Legacy Plaza Pavilion in Goldthwaite, Texas
RSVP BY SEPTEMBER 20TH
$150 per individual takeout meal • $1200 per 8-person table
Takeout meals will be available for pickup in the Welcome Center from 5-6pm.

Since our last Prairie Experience, youth and adults have participated in a variety of educational programs dealing with a vast number of topics related to native landscapes and the archaeology of Mills County. These programs and tours are conducted by our staff and a dedicated group of volunteers. We have utilized our time and resources to make Garden improvements and to focus on developing our outdoor classroom, while working towards creating virtual access.
Proceeds from this event will help us:
- Maintain and sustain the beautiful botanical gardens and pavilion
- Expand educational programs to teach about the rich cultural heritage of Central Texas
Texas Botanical Gardens adheres to all current COVID safety guidelines and policies. Guests will be seated at socially distanced tables throughout the gardens. Sponsor tables and Live Auction items will be located under the pavilion, also at safe distances to prevent congregating.
Dinner

In order to follow social distance guidelines, individual tickets will be available as gourmet takeout meals to enjoy at home or in the open seating within the Gardens. Instead of seating tables in mixed groups of guests as we’ve done in the past, we encourage coordinating with friends and family to reserve your group table of 8. Each person, couple, or party at your table may pay separately. Picnic-style dinner by Alchemy Catering will feature:
- Appetizers
- Choice Beverages
- Beef or Vegetable Skewers
- Festive Side Dishes
Don’t miss out on our raffles, silent and live auctions!

Plan to bid on an exciting array of hunting trips, getaways, artwork, and more. All auction items will be available through our online bidding system. Anyone can participate from any location. Patrons who choose to stay at home may join in the bidding.
