It’s been just over two weeks since Prairie Experience 2025, and we’re still soaking in the memories of an unforgettable evening. On behalf of the Board of Directors and staff of the Texas Botanical Gardens & Native American Interpretive Center, Inc., we extend our deep gratitude for your remarkable generosity and enthusiasm.

When we set our sights on this year’s Prairie Experience, we aimed to create an evening that would surpass every year before it—vibrant, memorable, and full of purpose. Judging by the smiles, stories, and heartfelt reflections we’ve received, we believe we succeeded. Guests praised the stunning event design, authentic Native American performances, exceptional dinner, seamless service, and spirited auctions that made the evening one to remember.

A Record-Breaking Event!

Because of your support and commitment, Prairie Experience 2025 has been our most successful event to date. We are thrilled to share that we have netted nearly $98,000—bringing us within reach of our $100,000 goal. Every dollar you’ve helped raise thus far strengthens our mission to provide meaningful educational, cultural, and environmental programs in the coming year.

This year’s event achieved the largest gross and net revenue in our sixteen-year history—nearly doubling the proceeds of previous years. Contributions through sponsorships, ticket sales, donations, and purchases made the evening an overwhelming success.

As we close out this campaign, we invite those who have not yet contributed—or who feel inspired to give a little more—to help us cross the finish line and make 2026 a year of even greater impact. With only a few outstanding expenses and incoming pledges left to process, we are confident that—with your support—we can reach the full $100,000 milestone!

Impact

Funds raised from Prairie Experience 2025 directly support our ongoing mission to provide dynamic, interactive, lifelong learning experiences while identifying, preserving, and showcasing the rich prehistoric and environmental aspects of rural Central Texas.

This translates into hands-on learning experiences for children and adults, including the popular Busy Lil’ Bees Workshop, our annual Growing Roots summer youth camp, school field trips, interpretive workshops, community lectures, expert presentations, and continued development of exhibits that highlight the ecology, history, and culture of the Hill Country.

Thank You!

The ongoing philanthropy of our sponsors, donors, and partners ensures that the Texas Botanical Gardens & Native American Interpretive Center, Inc. can continue to inspire curiosity, foster stewardship, and serve as a gathering place for discovery.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to all those who made this event possible and for your steadfast belief in our mission. Prairie Experience 2025 stands as a testament to what we can achieve together when we invest in education, culture, and community.
