The Texas Botanical Gardens & Native American Interpretive Center, Inc., is excited to announce Prairie Experience XV, our annual fundraiser. It will occur at Goldthwaite Pavilion on October 5, 2024, starting at 5:00 PM. This year promises to be an unforgettable evening filled with cultural celebration, community spirit, and engaging entertainment.
Event Highlights
This year’s Prairie Experience will feature an extraordinary performance by six-time World Champion Hoop Dancer Tony Duncan. Duncan, a celebrated artist with roots in the Apache and Arikara-Hidatsa-Mandan Nations, will bring his captivating hoop dance and traditional Native American flute music to life, telling stories of nature and the spiritual journey.
Guests will also enjoy a dinner catered by the Pecan House Grill, featuring a menu inspired by Native American cuisine. The offerings include Bison Meatloaf, Comanche Fried Corn, Navajo Fry Bread, and more.
Both the silent and live auctions will showcase a wide range of high-quality goods and adventures, from getaways to unique experiences, impossible to list in full here. This event is the perfect opportunity to support the Texas Botanical Gardens while enjoying an evening of entertainment and fine dining.
