The Goldthwaite Middle School 8th grade class was given a fun and educational tour of Legacy Plaza and the Mills County Historical Museum Tuesday, April 21.
Students learned about plant life, early Native American culture, and much more during the afternoon experience conducted by local experts.
Legacy Plaza and Museum Director Jan Fischer commented that the class was a great group of kids, and said the tour was a cooperative effort organized by Legacy Plaza and the Historical Museum.
The Goldthwaite Welcome Center is now receiving visitors, and the Gardens are green and beautiful after the recent rains, making this the perfect time of year to take a tour of Goldthwaite’s cultural attractions.
